Why I Volunteer

As a proud Wellingtonian, I feel compelled to do what I can by bringing my skills and experience to address what is sadly a very real and growing issue for our city. Everyone deserves a safe, warm place to call home and the opportunity to access permanent housing. Homelessness among women tends to be more unseen and needs to be advocated for. I am so proud to work with the amazing staff and Board of WHWT to make a difference in the lives of our women.
